Privacy Policy

This document is a working draft prepared to accompany the site launch and to meet Colombia's Law 1581 of 2012 duty to inform. It does not replace formal legal review; we recommend validating it with a lawyer before treating it as final policy. It is a plain-language translation of the Spanish-language policy that governs our operations in Colombia; in case of any discrepancy, the Spanish version prevails.

At El Método we respect your privacy and process your personal data in accordance with Colombia's Law 1581 of 2012, Decree 1377 of 2013, and other applicable Colombian data-protection regulations (Habeas Data).

1. Data controller

El Método (a brand in the process of registration), reachable operationally via WhatsApp at +57 314 309 4641 and by email at direccioncientifica@elmetodoconsulting.com.

2. Data we collect

Through the site's contact form we collect: your name, preferred contact method (WhatsApp or email), the type of project you're interested in, and the message you choose to send us. We do not request sensitive data or financial information through the site.

3. Purpose

We use your data exclusively to:

Respond to your request for a free initial diagnostic or consultation.
Coordinate the proposal and development of your project with you, should you decide to move forward.
Send you communications related to the service you requested.

We do not sell or share your data with third parties for commercial purposes unrelated to El Método.

4. Confidentiality

Every project's information is handled with absolute discretion, consistent with the confidentiality commitment that is part of how we work.

5. Your rights

As the owner of your personal data, you may at any time access, update, correct, or request the deletion of your information, as well as revoke any authorization granted, by writing to us through our WhatsApp contact channel.

6. Storage

Data submitted through the form is stored in Firebase (Google Cloud), with restricted access, and is retained only for as long as necessary to handle your request or as required by law.
